Dawn Doll, CPC, CEMC, CDC, is a Manager at Kohler HealthCare Consulting. She has over 30 years of experience in administrative and finance in healthcare. This includes extensive experience in Emergency Department and E/M –Evaluation and Management reviews for many of the hospitals in Maryland as well as private physician offices outside of Maryland. Ms. Doll has expertise in the Long-Term Care (SNF) billing for Medicare, Medicaid and Private payers. Ms. Doll has been actively involved in all aspects of research in the healthcare area including compliance, human resources, billing, and Medicare and Medicaid issues. She has assisted hospital management to complete all documentation, submissions, and monitoring to obtain Medicare provider numbers and credential status for Physician Assistants to allow for professional billing. Ms. Doll works on analysis of coding patterns, regulatory issues, project monitoring, along with facilitating client communication on our projects. She is a member of the American Academy of Professional Certified Coders with her CPC, CEMC certified in evaluation and management coding.
